Our Mission:
We generate resources to assist the growth and development of the Unidad Académica Campesina - Carmen Pampa (UAC-CP), a college serving impoverished rural Bolivian families through education, research, and community projects.
The College was founded in 1993 to address poor living conditions through affordable higher education. Students at the Unidad Académica Campesina - Carmen Pampa (UAC-CP) know that education is the best asset they can bring back to their communities.
Our Values:
- We believe that education is the most effective way to address world poverty, to develop local leaders and economies, and to promote the protection and responsible use of natural resources.
- We believe in respecting, celebrating and revitalizing the cultures of indigenous peoples.
- We believe that students, families and communities should be involved in our students’ education.
- We believe that students should use their education to work in and for their communities.
- We believe in developing skilled and knowledgeable leaders who are passionate about building a bright future for all Bolivians
