Tara Nolan Named Interim CPF Executive Director
Carmen Pampa Fund’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Tara L. Nolan has been named Acting Executive Director.
“I look forward to working closely with Jose Luis Beltran, UAC-CP Director General, and our Bolivian board members, to help the UAC-CP strengthen its programs,” Tara said. “It’s always inspiring and invigorating to work with people so deeply committed to making positive change in the lives of youth.”
Tara has more than 30 years of experience in management consulting, marketing, and communications. A member of the CPF Board of Directors since 2011, Tara previously volunteered as CPF Acting Executive Director from 2012 – 2014. Tara is also the niece of UAC-CP founder Sr. Mary Damon Nolan, MFIC.
Tara replaces Dr. Hugh Smeltekop, who vacated the executive director role in November 2019 after working for more than 20 years at CPF and the College. Recently named to CPF’s Board of Directors, Hugh continues to support the work and mission of both institutions.
